The anniversary bottling! - The tenth bottling of the popular Big Peat Christmas!

As always bottled in cask strength, this time with 53.1%vol. - and of course without chill filtration and without coloring!

Fred Laing, President of the family business Douglas Laing:
"My little boy Big Peat was born in 2009 Called to life - downright "born". He is the dream child of a unique marriage of 100% single malts from our favorite Islay distilleries. In the meantime, "he" has many loyal friends of phenol all over the world. We also get the big Christmas Limited Edition to see its more robust and intense side this year. 2020 with even more peat smoke, dried algae, coal dust and the sweetness that is so characterful for Big Peat. Christmas without my smoky friend would be unthinkable for me ".

Ich finde Ihn schon stark torfig, wobei er trotzdem irgendwie leichter ist als gedacht. Sehr bekömmlich.

Durchaus ziemlich lecker. Allerdings nicht besonders differenziert. 3,5 wäre die nach meinem Geschmack passende Bewertung.
