Aged in American Oak and former Oloroso-Sherry Casks became the Batch No. TB/02-18.09.00/20.JT in 2020 bottled in a limited Edition. Nose: gentle aromas of sweet wood smoke and crème fraîche tart, then strong aromas of spicy fennel, celery and roasted tea leaves, followed by charcoal and lightly burnt toast Taste: at the beginning & nbsp; intense salty taste, then medicinal notes, plus anise, rich notes of butterscotch, birch tar and peat smoke Finish: hearty and smoky with a sharp, intensely long finish
