Distillates from 2001 to 2003 were selected for this single malt whisky.
Matured in eBourbon barrels and exSherry butts, stored until 2018 to 2020 - so that the Casks used are between 16 and 18 years old.

Nose: at the beginning grapefruit with brown sugar, plus a hint of charcoal smoke with baked lemons, then more intense, more tropical aromas of unripe mango and lime juice
Taste: ns traditional chocolate limes, followed by citrus fruits and sea salt, papaya and kiwi fruit for another fruity intensity - above all buttered sea fennel
Finish: a dry, herbaceous finish with waves of stove smoke
