The Arehucas 12 Year Old Selección Familiar is made in Arucas on Gran Canaria. It is the result of twelve years of maturation and the skill of the master rum maker at Destilería Arehucas. Its character combines honey and wood notes reminiscent of an old rum with the freshness of certain citrus nuances.
On the nose it shows floral and fruity nuances with candied pears, plus wood, vanilla, guava, nutmeg, subtle cinnamon and leather, hints of caramel and marzipan and subtler notes of banana and chocolate. On the palate it is round and harmonious.
