Cotswolds Wildflower Gin No. 1 - floral gin with cornflower and lavender

Untouched nature, sleepy cottages next to cozy pubs and tea rooms - the Cotswolds region is considered one of the most beautiful in England.
The Cotswolds Distillery lies in the middle of this hilly postcard idyll.

During numerous family weekend trips, Daniel Szor fell in love with the Cotswolds.
In 2014 he founded the region's first full-scale distillery in the small village of Shipston-on-Stour.
There, the distillery produces natural spirits - and has been largely inspired by its surroundings: Breathtaking landscape and dreamy villages meet craftsmanship and a feeling for special taste.

The model for the Cotswolds Wildflower Gin are the extensive meadow landscapes of the area in the heart of England.
The delicate floral notes of the juniper spirit evoke memories of a summer flower meadow.

As if with a light breeze, fragrant orange blossoms and a hint of pine needles and juniper are added.
Flowery notes of lavender with sweet hints of fresh orange continue the delicate taste experience on the palate.
Refreshingly dry, clear and balanced with a hint of bittersweet jam, the gin lingers on for a long time.

The Cotswolds Wildflower Gin is based on a London Dry Gin, which Daniel Szor and his team marry with fruity-floral essences such as orange, lavender, cornflower and rhubarb root.
With filtered water, the gin is diluted to 41.7%vol. Reduced alcohol content and filled into the pretty bottle.
