Product information "Arran Barrel Reserve"
Arrans Barrel Reserve only matured in first-fill-ex-Bourbon Casks in the distillery's warehouses.
Both seven and eight year old whiskys were used for this bottling , as well as older whiskys, which gives it the fresh and powerful Arran island character.
The typical citrus notes harmonize perfectly with the sweetness of vanilla and the maritime notes

Nose: lemon, citrus and green apple
Taste: clearly the sweetness of vanilla, behind it light notes of cinnamon
Finish: a nourishing and refined, with a hint of sweet oak tones and an elegant balance of fruits and spices

Leckerer Whisky von der kleinen Insel. Natürliche Fassfarbe da nicht gefärbt. Kräftig im Geschmack, daher auch kein Mädchenwhisky wie viele mit 40%. Mit den Fruchtaromen tue ich mich ein bisschen schwer- hier kann ich nur sagen " schmeckt"
