Raasay's Gin!
There are ten botanicals in this gin, which is produced in small batches, including, of course Juniper berries, lemon peel and orange peel, & nbsp; coriander, & nbsp; rhubarb and angelica root, licorice, violet and cubeb pepper.

Nose: clearly juniper berries and fresh citrus fruits, with violets and fris cher rhubarb
Taste: dry and mouth-filling - again the citrus fruits, now more clearly the oranges, again the rhubarb and the spicy tones of coriander and the angelica root
