Product information "Isle of Raasay Hebridean Gin"
Raasay's Gin!
There are ten botanicals in this gin, which is produced in small batches, including, of course Juniper berries, lemon peel and orange peel, & nbsp; coriander, & nbsp; rhubarb and angelica root, licorice, violet and cubeb pepper.
The last ingredient is nothing Less than the new make spirit of malt whisky distillation, which brings its own fruit note to the gin.

Nose: clearly juniper berries and fresh citrus fruits, with violets and fris cher rhubarb
Taste: dry and mouth-filling - again the citrus fruits, now more clearly the oranges, again the rhubarb and the spicy tones of coriander and the angelica root
Finish: dry in the finish with fresh citrus notes
