Signatory's 13-year-old Linkwood from Cask Strength Collection has matured in former Bourbon Hogsheads for 13 years since December 05, 2006, then for another three months in the first filled exSherry Butt #2. The Butt was bottled on February 11, 2020 on 713 bottles.
Nose: warm pastries and creme brulee, with baked apple with cinnamon and spicy oak - above all a light fruity sweetness Taste: creme brulee and a light spice, too fresh herbs, a little mint - then notes of tropical fruit develop with creamy vanilla Finish: long in the finish - now nutty notes and significantly more spice
