Product information "Isle of HARRIS Gin 45%vol. Sample 0,04l"
The elegant Harris Gin is distilled in the Isle of Harris Distillery on the Scottish Hebridean island of the same name and refined with sugarweed.

Anyone who has been to Harris knows about the beauty of the island and the close ties to its almost 2,000 inhabitants.
The friendliness with which guests are welcomed, the strong social cohesion, the perseverance to defy the forces of nature and the view of it
But it is also important to judge the beautiful in life - an atmosphere in which only good can arise.

Isle of Harris Distillery opened its doors in September 2015 and has been distilling single malt whiskey and a maritime gin ever since. Each bottle is filled and labeled by hand in the distillery.
Isle of Harris Gin is soft, balanced and maritime. The defining ingredient is Sugar Kelp, a brown algae that is harvested by a diver off the island.
The firing process is costly and geared towards the highest quality, since pre and post run are completely removed from the firing process.
