first matured in first filled ex-Bourbon Casks, then
finished in former rum Casks of the Consorcio Licocero Nacional Panama.
Nose: soft and invigorating aroma - clearly the rum barrel with delicately sweet aromas of ripe citrus fruits and ripe apples
Palate: creamy - almost oily Mouthfeel, strong notes of citrus fruits and apples again, plus spicy tones of fresh malt and sugar cane
Finish: the sweetness and spice remain in good balance for a long time
