Distilled in 2007 in the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica, this pot still rum matured over twelve years in the tropics, then 11 Barrels were selected for this bottling, married together and bottled on 3,560 bottles in 2019.
Exceptional 1200/1300 gr / hlpa ester content give this special rum the TECA seal of approval!
The Angel's Share during the maturing period was more than 60%!

A slightly sweet rum with floral aromas and ripe tropical fruits, accompanied by notes of dark chocolate and spicy tones of oak and autumn leaves - the taste is very fruity, in addition u Butterscotch and again the spicy notes
