Summum's name is Canero from fall 2019 onwards.
Otherwise, this elegant rum, which matures in exSauternes sweet wine casks, has not changed.
 
Nose: distinctly soft vanilla and molasses - over all ripe fruit
Taste: pleasantly soft and mouth-filling with clear notes of juicy dried fruit - especially plums, figs and raisins - then a spicy wood note
Finish: long and soft on the finish - the fruits are present for a long time
