This seven-year-old single malt comes from the Scottish Speyside, more specifically from the Glenallachie distillery.
Distilled on July 24, 2012, the malt whisky matured in Sherry Butt #900024, and on July 26, 2019, A.D. Rattray off a portion of it on 437 bottles,

Nose: intense aromas of orange peels, sultanas, coffee and ginger
Taste: nutty notes of walnuts and hazelnuts, then raisins and coconut oil
Finish : currants in rum, warm and spicy notes - reminiscent of fruit cake
