A 12-year old single malt whisky from one of Scotland's most prestigious Speyside distilleries, the first to legally produce after the 1823 Excise Act - matured in a former Pedro Ximénez Sherry Butt, bottled in August 2019 at only 612 bottles.

Nose: some menthol, with coffee and pine nuts

Taste: mouth-filling with clear notes of toffee and chocolate, in addition the sherry, creme brulee, toffee apples and roasted oak
Finish: soft and elegant on the finish - some buttered brioche, then salty caramel and again the sherry
