Glen Moray's Sherry Cask Finish with intense Oloroso Sherry notes and lots of sweet vanilla!

• Aroma: juicy, dried fruits, paired with cinnamon and toffee sweets
• Taste: intense notes of sweet vanilla, dark chocolate, oriental spices and spicy, soft oak
• Finish: surprisingly long with spicy tones

Glendronach 12 Jahre 43%vol. Sample 0,04l

Glendronach's 12-year-old is a Highland malt aged in Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.

• Aroma: a sweet whiskey with flavors of creamy vanilla, traces of ginger and autumn fruits
• Taste: rich, creamy with a lot of oak and sherry and raisins
• Finish: a long, full finish with a slightly nutty finish

Glenturret Sherry Edition 43% vol. Sample 0.04l

Glenturret's reissue of sherry barreled single malt whiskey

• Aroma: pleasant sweetness of cane sugar and syrup - red fruits, paired with some honey and spices
• Taste: again the red fruits and the honey, in addition comes Bourbon vanilla and more and more spicy tones
• Finish: soft and round on the finish, warming and sweet

Kilchoman Sanaig 46%vol. Sample 0,04l

Awarded the best single malt Scotch whiskey without age at the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) 2016

Sanaig is a composition of four- and five-year-old exBourbon and exOloroso sherry casks, and the proportion of exSherry casks used here is significantly higher than that of Machir Bay bottling.

• Aroma: soft fruits with caramel and vanilla
• Taste: Toffee and peat smoke - then light citrus notes and a gentle sweetness
• Finish: very nice balance between peat smoke, ripe fruit and sweetness

Glenfarclas 12 Jahre 43%vol. Sample 0,04l

Glenfarclas is one of Scotland's few independent distilleries.
Founded in 1836 and owned by the Grant family since 1865.
John Grant leads Glenfarclas today in its fifth generation.

Glenfarclas is also one of the few distilleries that have produced almost without interruption since its foundation.
This explains the wide range of different fillings from this house.
 

• Aroma: pleasantly soft aromas of honey and soft sherry, with nutty notes, lots of oak and some smoke
• Taste: elegantly balanced notes of dates and nuts, again the sherry - followed by ripe apples, toffee and a hint of smoke
• Finish: long and spicy finish with hints of cloves, cinnamon and allspice, followed by orange and sherry
