Glendronach's 10-year-old Forgue was originally bottled for the travel retail market.
Matured in former Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bottled without chill-filtration and without the addition of colorants!
Nose: at the beginning intense aromas of Seville blood oranges and ripe cherries, then ripe barley and roasted chestnuts - over all spicy cocoa
Taste: sweet Valencia-orange and morello cherries, again the barley - then notes follow of black currants, toffee chocolates and earthy black brambles
Finish: rich and pleasant on the finish - many oranges, paired with tobacco and nutmeg
