Arrans Quarter Cask in new equipment - for this bottling only Quarter Casks with 125 liters content were selected.
First stored in first-fill exBourbon barrels, then aged for at least 18 months in smaller (Quarter Cask) barrels of American white oak.
Nose: to start with, the Arran-well-known citrus aromas and sweet spices of cinnamon and vanilla
Taste: clear pineapple and fresh apple pie with roasted brioche - again the citrus and malty notes
Finish: long and balanced with spicy notes, some lemon and vanilla
