Nose: one fresh sea breeze, with ripe citrus fruit, burnt wood, seagrass and peat barley - in the background smoked ham Taste: oily and mouth-filling - charred oak and grilled meat with an elegant sweetness of brown cane sugar Finish: the finish is reminiscent of a Campfire in autumn, notes of lemon zest, toffee, sea salt and black pepper are clear
