Nose: sweet Peat smoke and barley, with aromas of smoked meat and plum chutney Taste: clearly smoked ham, paired with maritime notes, clear sea salt and blackcurrants Finish: long on the finish - again the smoked ham and blackcurrants, to damp ash and roasted oak
