The symbols on the bottle are deliberately ambiguous. The design was inspired by the work of Islay-born John Francis Campbell, who developed the Sunshine Recorder, a device that captures the sunshine of a day and puts together a large collection of Celtic folklore stories.
Nose: Much Islay peat and sea salt, then clear aromas of old leather
Taste: an elegant vanilla sweetness, with hints of roubarb - in the background again the leather
Finish: long, intense finish
