Three former Pedro Ximénez sherry-hogsheads with barrel # 152, # 153 and # 154 from 2015 were selected for this bottling and wedded together - the result is a limited bottling with a circulation of only 1,500 bottles with a luscious influence of the sweet Spanish sherry!

Naturally bottled without cold filtration and without colorants in a very high quality packaging.

Aroma: luscious sherry flavors, with nougat cream and hot chocolate with cream, then blackcurrants, syrup and candied almonds
Taste: creamy with intense fruity notes of rum-raisins, red grapes and blood oranges, over all slightly spicy tinges of allspice and ginger - in the background hazelnut
Finish: long-lasting and mouth-filling - clearly chocolate and figs
