Triple distilled, as usual in Ireland, in a Copper Pot Still, first then matured in American bourbon barrels, for a second maturation for nine months in a Deau XO Cognac Barrel
Bottled at 46% vol. Alcohol content, without chill-filtration or coloring agents
Aroma:. Very juicy aromas of poached pears, this summer berries, freshly squeezed grapes and citrus zest of flavor: creamy smooth taste with intense notes of dark chocolate, followed of floral notes, then the fruits
finish: long and powerful finish, again the fruit and the chocolate
