In the heart of the Scottish Speyside, the region known for its variety of malt whiskey distilleries, Jill Brown distils her London Dry Craft Gin in the first Gin Still, which was built in Scotland.
The Still was designed by the local company Speyside Copper Works - in honor of her grandmothers who made a name for themselves with the production of liqueur, Jill lovingly named Pot Still "Jessie Jean".
The AVVA Scottish Gin is made with eleven botanicals, five of which originate from the region and are partially grown and harvested by Jill himself.
Elgin's old cathedral inspired the design of the AVVA Gin bottle and label - the Small Batch production bottles are hand-filled and numbered one at a time.
