The distillery Agricoles de Saint-Luce distils this rum from sugarcane juice, pressed from the sugar cane of its own plantations, which have a total area of over 200 hectares.
Aroma: fine spicy aromas dominate, behind them fruits and a hint of vanilla
Taste: gentle in the taste with now clearer fruit notes, reminiscent of pickled peaches, then again the vanilla and fresh herbs
