  • Nose: brown cane sugar and strong toffee, with preserves Plums and molasses
  • Palate: almost syrupy, slightly sweet in taste - again the cane sugar and toffee - behind it the plums and a slight spice
  • Finish: long, creamy finish - now significantly spicier
