The twelve year old El Dorado is one of the classics of this brand, an elegant Demerara rum from the Coffey stills and the wooden pot stills of the distilleries Uitvlught and Enmore.

Tasting Notes: This is how the El Dorado 12 year old tastes like

  • Nose: pleasantly sweet aromas of butterscotch , vanilla and honey, with spicy oak and a hint of smoke in the background
  • Palate: ripe plums and chocolate, with toffee and vanilla, again with spicy oak
  • Finish: long and soft in the finish - now the smoke again
