Twelve-year-old El Dorado is one of the classics of this brand, an elegant Demerara rum made from Coffey stills and wooden pot stills from Uitvlught and Enmore.

Aroma: pleasantly sweet aromas of butterscotch, vanilla and honey, with spicy oak and a hint of smoke in the background
Taste: ripe plums and chocolate, with toffee and vanilla, again spicy oak
Finish: long and soft on the finish - now the smoke again
