Enso is the Japanese word for circle and is considered one of the highest symbols in Zen. It says that an Enso shows the spirit and character of the painter, the drawing of the symbol should bring power and enlightenment.
The more difficult, because an Enso is painted or drawn with just a single brushstroke, a later repair is not possible.
This is to underline that every moment is extraordinary, unique and perfect in its own way - and that is exactly what inspired this Blended Whiskey from Kiyokawa, Kanagawa Prefecture, located between Tokyo in the east and Tanzawa Mountain in the west.
The used for this blended whiskey pot still whiskeys come from various distilleries in Japan, where exactly is a Gehemnis.
Only so much is revealed, all whiskeys mature in American oak barrels, the blending takes place in Kiyokawa
Aroma: soft vanilla flavors with caramel and toffee, followed by aromas of tropical fruits - flowering in the background
Taste: soft and mouth-filling in the taste - again the fresh vanilla pods and the soft caramel, in addition Butterscotch and light grain notes - over all a light fruitiness
Departure: mild and balanced on the finish - vanilla and fruits remain present
