The Casks for this bottling are made by distillery founder Daniel Szor, re-charred American Oak Red Wine Casks!

Nose: fresh hay and cut wood, with dark chocolate and dried figs - in the background plums with sweet syrup
Taste: warm toasted notes of grain, then loads of fresh red fruit and butterscotch
Finish: hints of spicy oak, intense notes of dried fruit - above all pleasantly nutty, dry notes
