Aroma: Autumn lime and campfire smoke, then dry seagrass, sweet peat and iodine - over all smoked meat
Taste: burnt butter toast and charred oak - slightly salty with a sweetness of fresh vanilla pods
Finish: a long finish with a lot of barley dried over peat, polished wood and old leather - earthy tones and burned sugar
