Aroma: the proximity to the sea is unmistakable, with fruity aromas
Taste: Beeswax and ripe honeydew melons, with notes of roasted pecans and distinctly sherry
Departure: in the finish significantly more sherry, pleasantly sweet, then roasted coffee beans, nuts and dark chocolate
