A 26-year-old single malt whiskey from Scottish Highland distillery Blair Athol - bottled was a single hogshead from independent bottler Wemyss.

Aroma: fruity-fresh with aromas of unripe pears, yoghurt with lemon peel and white chocolate
Taste: creamy in the taste - clearly whipped cream and rolls with honey and butter, followed by notes of creamy caramel sweets and toffee fudge
Departure: long and soft on the finish - again caramel and toffee, above all red ripe autumn apples

Single barrel filling - edition of 300 bottles
