This noble Don Papa Rum first matured in American oak barrels that were previously Bourbon whiskey, the rum was then stored in four different exSherry cask types for a second maturation.
The Second maturation took place in Palo Cortado, Fino, Cream and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

- Nose: surprisingly dry in aroma with clear nutty aromas, the Sherry is recognizable, but still restrained
