The classic from the House of Highland Queen - a single malt from the Scottish Highlands, the name of the distillery is unfortunately not revealed.
Namesake for the Highland Queen bottlings is Mary Queen of Scots, the Scottish queen from 1561 to 1567.

A delicate, pleasantly soft single malt - the ideal "after-work drama"!

Aroma: freshly cut apples, honey and fresh pastries
Taste: now more honey - very soft and silky in the taste - followed by notes of licorice and butterscotch
Departure: soft caramel and hints of ripe oranges
