11 years of maturity in a first-filled, former Sherry Butt have given this single malt whiskey from the Highland Deanston distillery a strong color.
Distilled on August 28, 2006, the cask was bottled on 25 July 2018 by the independent bottler Signatory in the Cask Strength Collection to only 647 bottles.

Aroma: thick syrup and ripe raspberries, with lots of honey
Taste: fresh baked biscuits and blackcurrants, then notes of fresh apples, cloves and orange peels - malty in the background
Finish: fresh herbs on the finish, with ground pepper and ripe, red fruits
