Tè Bheag Nan Eilean Gaelic Whisky
Iain Noble Bart is keen to pass on the Gaelic heritage of Scotland.
In addition to his whiskys, which invariably bear all the Gaelic names, he founded a Gaelic college in Scotland.
The Scots say a whisky with a Gaelic name on its label tastes so good again.
"Tè Bheag Nan Eilean" (pronounced "Tschi weg nan jellan") means "Little Lady of the Islands".
It's no coincidence that Blended Scotch Whiskey is made up of such great malts as Glenfarclas, Lagavulin, Talisker, Glenrothes and Tamdhu!
It pays to taste this excellent blend.
Nose: light aromas of sherry, peat and spices - sea air in the background
Taste: roasted coffee and sea salt at the beginning, with light notes of peat and sweet caramel in the background
Finish: powerfully spicy notes on the finish, paired with light sherry hints

Toller Blended Scotch Whisky
Mir hat der Blend sehr gut gefallen. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Leichter Rauch, etwas Maritimes und schöner würziger Abgang. Unchillfiltered.

Enttäuschend!
Eigentlich kaufe ich keine "blendeds" Hier wurde ich mal wieder darin bestätigt, die Finger, bzw. den Gaumen, von solchem Verschnitt fern zu halten! Ich weiß, dass alles eine Sache des persönlichen Geschmacks ist- aber wenn ich nur sagen kann, dass ich diesen Stoff eigentlich nur mit einem coffeeinhaltigen Softgetränk einigermaßen genießbar finde, dann trifft das meine Wertung recht gut.

Entfernt an Talisker erinnernd, jedoch etwas vordergründig rauchig/torfig. Kann man zu diesem Preis durchaus einmal probieren. Für unseren Geschmack reicht es jedoch für nicht mehr als 4 Sterne.

Überraschend kräftig sowohl im Duft als auch im Geschmack. Ein hervorragendes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis. Schöner rauchiger Whisky, der auch eine sehr angenehme Farbe (ohne Farbstoffe!!) mitbringt.
