First matured in American white oak burgers, the whiskey was given a second ripening in ex-Sherry casks that contained over 20-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry.
Bottled for the travel retail market

Nose: fresh, ripe apricots and bergamot, with sweet molasses
Taste: strong notes of freshly roasted coffee and roasted pistachios - slight hints of grain and red fruits
Finish: Clear cinnamon on the finish, with slightly fruity notes
