Aroma: freshly baked bread with light aromas of salted butter - followed by soft raisins, redcurrants and some caramel Taste: a strong Oloroso sherry sweetness with hints of flambéed orange - over all lies light wood smoke Departure: soft and creamy on the finish, with prominent fruit notes and strong malt
