Rarely do you find bottlings from the Scottish Speyside distillery Auchroisk.
Signatory chose a refill butt filled with fresh distillate on August 15, 1990 for this bottling. The Single Malt Whisky matured over 27 years, then the barrel was bottled on July 25, 2018 in the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory to 551 bottles.

Nose: ripe apricots and juicy raisins, with spicy ginger and some vanilla
Taste: fruity in the taste with clear notes of ripe rOrangen, again the raisins - followed by spicy oak and fresh herbs
Finish: long finish - very buttery with pronounced notes of fresh pastries
