Distilled in pot stills and column stills in Barbados, first matured in exBourbon barrels, then matured in small barrels on Chateau de Bonbonnet in France.
Nose: freshly baked and brown sugar, then honey, dark caramel and roasted almonds - some pipe tobacco and roasted marshmallows, dark raisins and plums
Taste: again fresh pastries and caramelized onions - fruity with notes of ripe apples and pears
Finish: medium in finish - bittersweet with plenty of chocolate
