Product information "Dolin Vermouth Blanc"
Maison Dolin in the French region of Chambéry has been producing vermouth since 1821, following an unchanged recipe.
Dolin-Vermouth's wine content is unusually high compared to other vermouth, with local herbs being macerated in the wine.
Dolin only uses real sugar for its Vermouth, so they have a natural sweetness.

The Chambéry region is the only one in France to be awarded the "Appellation d'origine contrôlée" quality seal.

Aroma: a clear citrus freshness paired with intense aromas of fresh herbs and spices
Taste: soft and elegant in the taste - floral notes, fresh peaches and apricots, some elder and blanched almonds
