Product information "Dolin Vermouth Rouge"
Maison Dolin in the French region of Chambéry has been producing vermouth since 1821, following an unchanged recipe.
The percentage of wine is the Dolin Vermouth is unusually high compared to other vermouth, plus herbs from the region, which are macerated in the wine.
Dolin only uses real sugar for its products.

The Chambéry region is the only one in France to be awarded the "Appellation d'origine contrôlée" quality seal.

Aroma: fresh aromas of ripe fruit, especially cherries and plums, plus fresh grass and nuts - some vanilla in the background
Taste: again the fruits - now clearly apple and pear - then again the nuts, paired with fresh herbs - above all a light citrus note

Tastes best chilled on ice as an aperitif and in classic cocktails (eg Manhattan)
