Maison Dolin in the French region of Chambéry has been producing vermouth since 1821, following an unchanged recipe.
The percentage of wine is the Dolin Vermouth is unusually high compared to other vermouth, plus herbs from the region, which are macerated in the wine.
Dolin only uses real sugar for its products.
The Chambéry region is the only one in France to be awarded the "Appellation d'origine contrôlée" quality seal.
