For the seventh bottling of Kilchoman's single malts stored exclusively in former Oloroso sherry casks, 19 Butts from 2007, 2008 and 2011 were selected and wedded together.

Aroma: Orange peel, cloves and fresh herbs - over all canned, ripe fruit
Taste: very nice balance between a rich spiciness. dark chocolate and peat smoke
Finish: mouth-filling peat smoke and an elegant sweetness of tropical and dried fruits
