Craigellachie produces one of the creamiest single malt whiskeys in Scotland, the independent bottler Signatory chose two exBourbon barrels from 2008 for this bottling.

Aroma: spicy aromas of coriander and oak, with herbs and vanilla - slightly fruity
Taste: soft and creamy in the taste - the spicy notes are joined by mellow honey and red apples - above all a light vanilla note
Finish: medium-length, slightly fruity finish with a pleasantly restrained sweetness - slightly spicy
