Signatory selected a barrel of its own distillery Edradour for this single cask bottling.
Distilled on February 9, 2008, this single malt whiskey matured for over 10 years in barrel # 24 - bottled by Signatory in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection on February 22, 2018.
The dark color of the single malt whiskey suggests a magnificent, former sherry barrel.

Aroma: roasted coffee beans and malty aromas, then fruity with aromas of dark fruits - in the background a little ginger
Taste: warm notes of ripe fruit, soft in the taste - tobacco and dark chocolate are present, above all floats a clear Sherrynote
Departure: soft and fruity on the finish, with light hints of old leather and a slight spiciness
