A blended rum from five-year-old rums from Barbados and Guyana, which were then wed and matured for a second, three-year maturation period in former sherry casks of Dos Cortado Bodega.
Aroma: soft vanilla and marzipan, with fruity aromas, clearly cherries - slightly spicy
Taste: a balanced sweetness of marzipan and vanilla, spicy oak and allspice - above all black cherries, molasses and oranges
Finish: long, pleasantly sweet finish with spicy notes

For this bottling five-year rums from Guyana and Barbados were selected, they were married together and stored for another five years in former Pedro Ximénez sherry casks of Dos Cortados Bodega.
Aroma: clearly molasses, dates and vanilla
Taste: dark fruits and sweet sherry, again the sweet dates, with plums and oranges - then spicier with notes of allspice and cloves
Finish: long, pleasantly sweet finish with fruity notes of ripe berries
