The 15-year-old Opthimus matured in barrels of the Scottish Malt Whiskey Highland Distillery Tomatin - made in the Solera process.

Aroma: fruity-sweet with aromas of spicy oak, warm pastries and sugar cane
Taste: ripe, juicy grapes, soft vanilla notes and spicy notes - dark chocolate above all
Departure: long finish - chocolate again, with vanilla and spicy oak
