A.H. Riise Non Plus Ultra Very Rare
Non Plus Ultra is today an expression for "the best" or "nothing better to follow" - in ancient times the words "Non Plus Ultra" were found on the pillars of Heracles around the end of the known world at the exit of the Mediterranean, the Strait of Gibraltar, to mark.
Non Plus Ultra served as a warning to seafarers not to continue their journey into this unknown world - Non Plus Ultra comes from Latin and in the correct translation means "no more"!
Only the best and oldest barrels, carefully selected and blinded by hand, find their way into this bottling.
Nose: spicy and very elegant with aromas of molasses, oak, tobacco and orange
Taste: full-bodied and fruity, long-lasting taste with notes of cedarwood, vanilla, caramel and fine sherry
Finish: soft and elegant in a very long finish

Geschmack ist eindrucksvoll, überzeugt jedoch nicht für den Preis - zu geringer Alkoholgehalt - keine Altersangabe - Spirituose auf Rumbasis? Was soll daß? Welche Zusätze sind denn enthalten?
