Douglas Laing's 10-year-old Timorous Beastie premiered in the early days of 2018 - in time for Burns Supper in February - as the little mouse recalls the poem "To a mouse" by Robert Burns, arguably Scotland's most famous poet and poet.
This Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is a declaration of love to the Scottish Highlands - and so find only single malt whiskeys from the Highlands the way to this little mouse!

Distilleries such as Blair Athol, Glen Garioch, The Dalmore and Glengoyne are represented.

Nose: sugar-sweet at first, then warm syrup and ripe, juicy nectarines
Taste: creamy honey on warm buttered toast, with soft, spicy notes and ripe cereals
Finish: long, delicate finish, again the honey, with ripe oranges and soft fruits

Nektarinen, Honig in der Nase und im Geschmack etwas Orange. Angenehm
